How does the risk assessment work?
Generally, all public information from third parties poses at least a reputational risk. Depending on the source and magnitude of the event, however, the event is weighted and contributes more or less strongly to the assessment.
Is the risk assessment exclusively carried out by AI?
No. AI sorts the information beforehand and categorizes it into topics and regions. The final assessment of each event is done by employees.
Can competitors view my suppliers?
No. Users can only see the supply chains to which they have a direct purchasing relationship. They cannot see who else this supply chain is serving.
How are evidences (e.g., certificates) for risk mitigation verified?
Certificates are mostly verified automatically (through API interfaces to the issuers), while other documents are checked manually (e.g., harvesting licenses).
Bleiben negative Bewertungen für immer in der Risikoanalyse?
No. Information older than 2 years is automatically removed from the assessment.
What is the difference between the Starter Plan and Pro Plan?
With the Starter Plan, you use existing data in our system and the infrastructure to upload missing supplier data yourself. With the Pro Plan, we take care of obtaining the data and communicate with the respective upstream suppliers for this purpose.
